Players ask this every day: "I'm level 500 and still no godly, what do I do?" The short answer is that you have five roads, and they differ in price, speed and risk. Odds and prices below are as of October 2026.
Open boxes, and know the odds
A box is the classic road, and it is a lottery. In the 2026 boxes the odds look like this:
| Result | Chance |
|---|---|
| Common | 70% |
| Uncommon | 18% |
| Rare | 8% |
| Legendary | 4% |
| Godly | 0.2% (one in 500) |
| Chroma of the godly | 0.004% (one in 25,000) |
Since 4 September 2026 the game shows these chances, in line with the Roblox rule that paid random items must show the odds before you buy. Since the summer of 2026 you can open one box a day, which players read as a step against bots.
Prices differ. The Halloween 2026 box costs 600 candies or one Halloween Key, and the 2026 summer box costs 60 diamonds. The boxes page lists every box with its drops. I would not spend Robux on boxes in the hope of a godly. A one-in-500 chance means that most people will never see one.
Play events and the battle pass
Events are the best road if you play every day. Each event gives a battle pass, a box and sometimes a bundle. The Halloween 2026 event runs from 18 October to 16 November.
- The pass has 30 tiers. The first is free, tiers 2 to 29 cost 600 candies each and the whole pass costs 117,400 candies.
- The last prize is an ancient bow, Emberbow, for 100,000 candies, with a small chance of a chroma version.
- The math is hard. A player counted about 700 candies a day from collecting and daily tasks. By 16 November that is around 18,900 candies, enough for the tiers and not for the bow.
- The final prize needs an eligible account. The game checks identity verification or a Robux purchase in MM2, and some players with both still get a refusal. This is meant to keep bots out.
Plan your time around the end date: after 16 November the event items are no longer available. The Halloween 2026 page has the full list of items.
Craft and use the Cauldron
Crafting turns extra items into new ones. The ladder goes twelve Common Shards to a random uncommon, twelve Uncommon to a rare and twelve Rare to a legendary. At the top, ten Godly Shards and ten Godly Metal give a random painted Seer. A normal Seer sometimes sells for more than a colored one, even though a colored one costs ten Seers.
The Halloween 2026 event brought back the Cauldron. It turns Embersickle from the box and Emberbow from the pass into Emberscythe, an ancient scythe, with a small chance of a chroma one. Players ask why the scythe is worth less than the bow it is made from. It is a good reminder that crafting does not guarantee a higher value.
Buy a bundle, if you must
A bundle is the only road that gives you a godly the same day. Mortal costs 3,399 R$ and contains a godly knife, a godly gun and an effect. The Elite pass costs 499 R$.
I do not think bundles are worth it for trading. New items lose value quickly, as I explained in how values work. If you want to play with the knife because it looks great, that is a different reason, and an honest one.
Do not buy items from third-party websites for real money. Roblox rules forbid off-platform trade in game content, and the items can come from hacked accounts.
Trade up from commons
The cheapest road is trading. You start with items that people want and climb in small steps, all the way up. One player went from Leaf to Eggblade and Darkbringer in three days. My advice for the ladder:
- Get your first few trades from commons and uncommons to stuff with higher demand.
- Use the trade calculator at every step.
- Pick trade servers and read the trading guide before the first deal.
If you have only one godly and want to move up, look at its demand first. A godly that nobody wants will not climb. That is the hard truth behind many "how do I upgrade my godly" questions.
Which road fits you
| You have | Best road |
|---|---|
| Time, no Robux | Events and trading up |
| Time and patience | Trading up, a little crafting |
| Robux and a favorite item | A bundle, for fun and not for profit |
| Luck | Boxes, one a day |
