MM2 Tier List: every tradable item from S to D
Every tradable Godly, Ancient, Chroma, Unique, Vintage and pet, ranked S to D by what it is worth in trades today. The tiers move with the market every day.
How the tiers are set
Most MM2 tier lists are one player's opinion, usually about how a weapon looks. This one is about trading. Every item sits in a tier by its place in the value ranking:
- S: the top 5% of the list.
- A: the next 12%.
- B: the next 20%.
- C: the next 28%.
- D: everything else.
Tiers go by rank, not by a fixed number, so they keep working when the whole market moves up or down. The value under each tier letter is the cheapest item in that tier today.
Leaderboard trophies like Gold Harvester are left out. They are one of a kind and nobody trades them, so ranking them would only push everything else down a tier.
What the tier tells you
A tier is a quick way to see where an item stands. If you ask "what tier is Harvester", the answer is on the Harvester page and here: it depends on where its value sits against roughly three hundred other items.
What a tier does not tell you is whether a trade is fair. The cheapest and the priciest item in one tier can differ many times over. I use the tier as a rough guide only. For a real trade check I put both sides into the trade calculator.
Demand matters too
Value is what an item is worth on paper. Demand is how easily you can trade it away. A high-tier item with low demand can sit in your inventory for weeks. I would rather take an item one tier lower that people actually want than an S that nobody asks for. Each item page shows demand next to value, and the full value list lets you sort by both.
Use the filters
The chips above the list show only knives, guns, pets or chromas. Chromas fill most of tier S, so filter by knives or guns to see the regular Godlies at the top.
Questions players ask
What tier is Harvester in MM2?
Check the tier on the Harvester page: it is calculated from its value today, 250, and changes when the market moves.
Why are pets in the tier list?
Pets trade like weapons and many are worth more than Godlies. Use the Pets filter to see only them.
How often does the tier list change?
Every day. Values refresh daily, so an item can move up or down a tier overnight.
Is S tier always worth trading for?
Not always. Check demand on the item page: an S-tier item that nobody wants is hard to trade away later.
