Pulled from the old Shop before Season 1, the Overseer Eye cost 2,000 Coins back when you could still buy it there, and it has been trade-only ever since it was removed. It's a legendary pet, so the appeal is mostly for collectors filling out early-era inventory. A slow, quiet item rather than a fast flip.
