Obtainable only through crafting the Random Painted Seers recipe at the crafting station, or by trading for it — it never comes out of any event or box. This is a godly knife from the Seer family, and unlike its chroma cousins it keeps a plain blue look rather than a flashy repaint. If you like the Seer design, crafting is your route in.
