Back in 2019 Season 1, the Splash came out of the Mystery Box 2 as a legendary gun, and you can still unbox it today, so it never truly disappears from the game. People mostly pick it up for the set-era look and the Season 1 tag rather than for trading profit. If you are hunting older-event items, it is a cheap way in, but do not expect it to move fast in trades. Abstract, Ace and Bacon are the names you will usually see near it on value lists.
