Overseer is a legendary gun you can only get by crafting it yourself or trading for one, so it stays obtainable but isn't handed out by any event or box. There's no value history to speak of, so it hasn't really moved. If you're after a legendary gun for a set or just want a craftable one, it's here, but don't expect it to fly off the shelves like Apocalypse or Arctic.
